By booking a session or participating in any activities at The Endorphinery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Appointments:

• All massage sessions must be booked in advance.
• A deposit may be required for certain bookings.
• Any changes to appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.
• The Endorphinery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept only cash, no credit card.
• We accept USD or Dominican pesos. Please, bring the exact amount if you can.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Health and Safety:

• Clients are required to inform the massage therapist of any medical conditions or concerns before the session.
• The Endorphinery is not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise due to the client’s failure to disclose relevant information.
• Clients use our services at their own risk.
• Please carefully consider this terms and conditions for you personally, before making any appointment with us.

5. Conduct:

• Clients are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• The Endorphinery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct.
• In the event of ongoing inappropriate behavior during a session, The Endorphinery reserves the right to terminate the session immediately, and no refund will be provided.
• The Endorphinery does not offer erotic massage of any kind. Inappropriate behaver, like requests for such services, can result in immediate termination of the session.
• We kindly request clients to respect the professional and therapeutic nature of our offerings.

6. Confidentiality:

• All client information, including contact details such as WhatsApp numbers, links to social media, email addresses, etc., obtained during the course of our services, will be treated with confidentiality.
• The Endorphinery values and respects the privacy of its clients.
• Information collected is solely used for the purpose of providing our services, give information and promotion, ensuring the well-being of our clients, and enhancing their overall experience at The Endorphinery.
• The Endorphinery reserves the right to keep contact information in our system for future appointment scheduling, communication, and to improve our services.
• If there is a need to share any information for specific reasons, such as required by law, we will seek explicit consent from the client beforehand.

7. Liability:

• Clients use our services at their own risk.
• The Endorphinery is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
• The Endorphinery does not offer any kind of insurance.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• The Endorphinery reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
